Description: Finely carved cameo with beautiful pendant / brooch frame. Circa 1900 Measures 48mm by 42mm (excluded bale). Weight = 18.5 grams 4 old cut diamonds measure 3mm each. Pearls measure 1.5mm to 2.6mm. Foldable bale for use as pendant. Pin and catch brooch fitting is lead soldered on, a later replacement or addition. The back of the cameo is inscribed with words and numbers, possibly the word “florentine”. Overall nice antique condition. Apparently unmarked, tested 14k.
