Description: Five beautiful painted Anazazi or Hohokam pottery shards from Tucson, Arizona at a site which was dozed for a housing development. Shards are somewhere in the range of 800-2000 years old. Two of them are painted on both sides. Largest piece measures a bit over 2 inches by 1.5 inches and has a rounded lip indicating it is from the top part of a pot. Some great pieces of early American pre-history.
