If your toy dog needs a different measurement please feel free to contact me, since most of my items are custom made. My First IG wore one as he had wobblers later in life and the the harness prevented any pressure on his neck. ****************** I have found that the strength of Denim is the best for these vests. And the lack of velcro around the neck gives it a more stream line look, with no tacky parachute snaps and no worry about the velcro giving way. No rough seams.
