Commonly referred to as Roman Glass, the material for these beads is derived from ancient cups, vases, and perfume containers that have sustained the travails of time. If you look carefully, you will see that these beads have a unique patina endowed by the mineral deposits where the glass lay buried. Each glass piece has been individually drilled and threaded to create a strand. No two strands are alike but you will receive a strand similar to that pictured. Each bead measures approximately 14-47 x 8-20mm with a hole size of approximately 1mm. You will receive a full strand measuring approximately 16".
