The thickness of the aluminum plate is 3mm (11 gauge), which ensures a robust structure—ready to withstand on-road rigors. Add this perfect addition to your truck or trailer, protecting tools and other personal belongings during transportation. Durability with Aesthetic Appeal: We have engineered these tool boxes from aluminum material for better efficiency and aesthetics during transit. The material is great at resisting corrosion and rust when exposed to changing and harsh weather conditions. The 3mm thickness will further ensure durability, giving long life to your tools. Easy-to-Use Door: We have included a barn door style double door in the tool box to provide a wider opening. It will ensure seamless loading and unloading of the tools and equipment. You can either open both doors or just one, enabling you to take out necessary items. The door is further equipped with a T-handle with a paddle lock that provides a high level of security. The T-handle is part of the paddle locking system, made from stainless steel to withstand harsh weather conditions. For example, the doors have a T-handle lock, which will not move, lose, or unlock during transportation, safeguarding the product inside and ensuring peace of mind. The lock mechanism is simple and unique—slide the handle out to unlock and slide in to lock (when the doors are closed the handle rests on the padlock). Weather Proof Box: To ensure the strength of our trailer tool box, we’ve beveled the edges and added a door rubber gasket for a waterproof design.
