Description: This is a very gently used classic 100% rayon dress from Flax circa 2000, showing Jeanne Engelhart's wonderful fabric selection and exquisite '40s-era tailoring in the "Very Vintage" cut. I have never seen better slash pockets than in this dress. It also drapes beautifully. The floral print, which resembles fuchsia flowers, is called "Columbine", with multi-colored print on a lavender background. (First photo shows a streak of sunlight towards bottom left side of dress.) I've treasured this dress for perhaps 20 years and remember wearing it only once. Though labeled Petite, the sizing is characteristically generous. It is too long for me -- I'm 5'2" and my size is 10 Petite.
