Design and layout your lables with Black & WhiteStep 2. Print your design in Mirror Image Mode on the Coated side of A-foil. - Paper Settings: Film, Foil, or Transparency - Print Settings: Multi Purpose Tray, Single Sheet Feeder - Color setting Printer: - Black and White Printer: All Colors of A-Foil:100% Black - CMYK Color Printers: White A-Foil:100% Cyan/100% Black Other Colors:100% Black - White Toner Printers: White & All other colors 100% Cyan 100% Magenta 100% YellowStep 3. If existing, remove the Teflon sheet from the upper and lower plates of your heat press. Pre heat your heat press until the lower plate is hot.Step 4. Place the printed A-foil in the middle of the lower plate (printed side facing up) and Place the B-paper on the top of the A foil (white coated side facing up)Step 5. Cover with regular copy paper and press the a-Foil & B paper together.Step 6. After opening the heat press, Rub the B-paper with a cloth for 5-7 seconds. Never allow the A-foil and B paper to become cold. HOT Feel.Step 7. Next, Separate the B-paper from A-foil without lifting them up from the lower plate of heat press. Peel off slowly with fluid motion.(do not stop)Step 8. Make All sides of the A-Foil 0.5 inch smaller by trimming around the image. Cut each labels separately.Step 9. Inside out your garment and Tear away label tags (tear away label apparel only)Step 10. Place the garment on the lower plate of the heat press and apply A-Foil on the garment.Step 11. Heat Press using the parameters shown in the table under Textiles & Other Substrate section above.Step 12. Remove the A-Foil After it is Completely Cold.Step 13. For rxtraordinary good washability, need Matt or Glossy finish work. Cover the matt finishing paper on the top of the garment.Step 14. Heatpress again for 30 seconds.Step 15. Complete.
