Description: The photo is in fine condition with some flaws with the border on the photo. The frame is solid wood and has glass. The photo I know nothing about and I don't do politics but this photo is cool. The frame isn't perfect and the the photo isn't perfect. I have not even opened up the frame so I have no clue if the photo is stuck to the glass or if it will be damaged if moved. It is what it is. All my item are from a smoke free home. GREAT- just below the excellent grade with maybe a small pin hole from a hanger or something that has been pointed out in the photos or in the description of the item. GOOD- just below the great and has more than one imperfection and is pointed out in the photos and in the description of the item. FINE- item may have defects that do no hurt it in the way it was intended but does need maybe some work done or just fine the way it is with the defects.
