Raised relief design on the bowl has a picture of the Fort Pitt and says Fort Penn Pittsburg, PA. with the old spelling of Pittsburgh. Raised relief on both sides of the handle with the front featuring possibly the State Seal, William Pitt, the word Pennsylvania and the Fort Pitt. The back of the handle has the Post Office, Carnegie Library and Fort Duquesne. Nice spoon in good condition. (S82 location)
