Description: Up for sale is a book called Fragments From France - Capt. Bruce Bairnsfather 1917 Hardcover Illustrated G. It is in rough condition but very interesting in that it reminds me of a 1917 “graphic novel” with the large amount of illustrations in the book. It is written and illustrated by Capt. Bairnsfather in an editorial style. Book has the first few flyleaf pages bound together but have fallen out of the book (see photographs). There is considerable foxing on many pages, but the book is too fascinating to toss. Still a great book to have for one that is over a century old. We are not professional book/CD/DVD retailers, but a group of volunteers that help with book, CD, DVD and gaming donations. All proceeds from this item go to a 501c3 non-profit group that supports our local town library with programming for all ages, materials for these programs and museum and learning venues passes.
