Description: Set of Four Vintage Mint Condition 9-1/8 Inch Diameter Luncheon Plates by Franciscan and Johnson Brothers in the Vegetable Medley Pattern - Made in England This is a set of four vintage 9-1/8" diameter luncheon plates by Franciscan in partnership with Johnson Brothers in the Vegetable Medley pattern with each plate depicting a separate vegetable. This pattern has been retired. These plates are in mint condition appearing to have rarely been used. There are no chips, no cracks, no stains, no haze, no crazing, and no gray utensil marks. See pictures. If you are a fan of Franciscan and Johnson Brothers dinnerware, then you will want this set of plates! Part of the retired pattern, Vegetable Medley, these creamy white plates have a softly scalloped edge highlighted by a brown band. The 1-3/4 inch wide rims are decorated with script letters reading eggplant, cabbage, carrots, and radishes depending upon the plate. The center of each plate features a detailed illustration of either an eggplant, head of cabbage, bunch of carrots, or bunch of radishes. The plate dimensions are 1" H, 9-1/8" diameter, and weigh 1 lb. 1 oz. each. These items will be well packed in a heavy duty box to help ensure safe delivery.
