It comes with a COA signed by Frank, Jr. Frank, Sr. signed these in groups & not all of the 250 were signed. Some were initialed ( in his later years ) & some were left blank at the time of his passing. Not only has this one been initialed by the master but the family has even hand stamped his signature in cursive, not the signature that he used when he hand signed. There was also a regular edition of 2500. Brand new. Collects the Werewolf story from Creepy ( 6 plates ) & the one page werewolf folklore, this 7th plate is only available in the signed or initialed ones. I only ship to the US.
