They were inspected and stamped with approval on the back. They have very high quality matting and frame. The frame consists of Gold and a Dark Navy Blue with black marbling and have a subtle light blue grey accent on the inside of the bezel of the frame. There are a couple "scuffs" or dings on the frames but are unnoticeable unless inspecting closely. Please refer to pictures. This is a perfect chance to add two very sophisticated looking pictures to your collection.
