Description: This lance model replaced the Model 1812 during the Second Restoration. Appears to have never been demounted. Much of the original finish remains on the shaft. Shaft is slightly warped, which can be remedied by displaying it in soldid blocks. Iron fittings were polished at some time. Comes with the accurate reproduction pennant (flamme) as shown. Length falls within the range noted in Armes Blanches Militaire Francaises by Christian Aries. Due to its extreme length, shipping will be in the $300-400 range.
