This lovely textile is all hand made with a tape lace, needle lace and netting connected, , the time to create this was amazing!~ All worked in a a warm toned cotton. Very very fine work ~ LOVELY ~*~ MEASUREMENTS : approximately 21 inches long by about 2.5 inches wide ~ CONDITION : I have left this collar in as found, unwashed condition for collectors, but it can be hand washed and hung to dry.
