Description: (1) Brand new, factory sealed uv element. These bulbs should be replaced once per year. They can last longer than that, but after 1 year, the power of the bulb starts to diminish. This bulb will take you less than 10 minutes to replace. No special tools required. (1) Unplug the bulb or turn off the switch (yours may not have a switch) (2) Remove the 2 nuts on the white circle piece where it attaches to the ductwork. (3) Remove old bulb, insert new one. (4) reinstall nuts. (5) Plug in bulb and turn on switch. That's it! If you have any trouble figuring it out, I can walk you through it over the phone. This is a factory OEM part
