They have a strong cold throw but to heat them or "light" them you can either put them on top of your wax warmer plate or on a candle warmer. Un-melted the scent will last a VERY long time. to refresh it just hit it with heat from a hairdryer or a low setting on a heat gun. If you decide to melt it, the scent will last UP TO 10 days depending on heat settings on your warmer. After the scent is gone you may empty the bowl and clean it and the spoon with HOT soapy water and reuse them for many different uses. We make our candles with lots of love and lots of positivity, so we know you will enjoy this candle as much as we enjoy making it for you! Each cereal bowl is clear 3.5 inch by 2.5 inch. This includes the height of a real spoon. The White wax appears as the milk and the embeds appear as the cereal. These candles are a great smell and good for any occasion.
