Description: Fully insulated semi-permanent/portable building/structure mounted on I-Beam ski's. Internal dimensions are 134in (11.16ft) x 82in (8.63ft) x 95.75in (8ft). Estimated weight is around 2,000lb to 2500lb. All steel framework, sheet-steel exterior, sprayfoamed, wood studded with sheeting and painted.This building is portable whereas it is designed for portability in mind, this type of building has many uses - in its prior life it was an industrial machinery building in an oil field operation. It is a steel frame building with a 1/4in steel diamond plate floor mounted on I-Beam *Ski's* with lateral bracing. It is lifted off of the ground about 4in or so. It was designed to be pulled or pushed into position, lifted with a crane, and accomodate heavy loads etc.Roof is new sheet metal, new flashing. It is fully spray-foamed including walls, roof and floor (beneath steel floor). Mating surface between internal steel bracing and floor is sealed. Plywood walls tied into the steel studs, as well as 1.5x1.5in wood studs that form a latticework behind the plywood into between existing metal studs. The studs behind the plywood are encased in sprayfoam. Door is insulated, does not have weatherstripping (for the door) or a doorknob currently. Our only complaint with it is the door shuts hard (it does shut). Lacerations or punctures were repaired with sheet metal patches, tar interfaced flush and mechanically fastened with rubber washer metal screws.Our intended use of this structure was as a remote communications equipment shelter whereas a controlled environmental atmosphere was necessary. This project is now irrelevant, we have no current or upcoming uses for it - it was prepared for one unique project.As for transport, not sure what it would cost to transport this on a flatbed long distance though it is doable (our trip was 200 miles to transport it back to our shop). It can be crane-loaded (we can facilitate though there will be a cost for the crane to come load it). A local crane operator is on-hand if needed. Buyer is responsible for transport off-premises, and for freight transport costs.
