Description: This book is in very good condition for its age. The gold gilt lettering on the spine is shiny. The pages are tight. There is very minor bumping and wear on the corners. The only writing I see is on the back and side cover or somebody wrote the price very many many years ago. I have also included some notes that were inside the book on a separate piece of paper along with an old quiz from the class on old mimeograph paper. Very interesting! It is a first edition second impression. Because it was made right after the WWII, it has an interesting note that says "the quality of the materials used in the manufacture of this book is governed by continued post-war shortages." This book belonged to an electrical engineer who kept all of his books from high school through his professional career. He specialized in radar and microwave applications for military aircraft.
