The devised framework is realized by two independent methods: the simulation approach and the analytical approach. The outcomes obtained through both methods are compared to validate the results. The statistical significance of simulation results is established by the determination of confidence intervals. The findings suggest significant improvements in radio resource utilization when serving M2M traffic.
