For maximum spectrum, turn the prevol up and the vol down. If there is too much treble in the low end of the signal, do the reverse of the above. Volume up prevol down. Use these to set your overall volume relative to bypass where you like it. Body trim is mids. As tuned by gagan, set to stock 60s vox setting. CW increases mids Bias trim is critical to growl and also adds low end as it's turned CW. Normally set very similar to 1960s vox as shipped. Lastly, the red three switch unit on board alters the way the six-way external frequency switch is voiced.It alters the center point for all six settings.The switches are progressive and additive, in other words, if you had all three on it would be the absolute deepest for all settings on the six-way switch. Conversely, the thinnest / highest frequency center for all six switche settings on the side switch would be with all three switches OFF. Because they are progressive, one is thin, two is a little thicker, three is thicker still. But if you stack them, they compound. For example one and two together would be a little thicker than three just by itself. Gagan tune set (#2 only ON) is where the six-way switch works best. It is suggested that if you want to experiment, do it with the guitar plugged in and the amp on, listen to what the settings do. it will make sense as you listen to the changes. Use your ears.
