Description: Gallet Chronograph Day/Date Multichron cal 7750 Automatic Swiss Military Black PVD Watch. This vintage Gallet watch has a case measuring approximately 40mm in diameter x 41mm long lug to lug x 14mm thick with 19mm lugs. The case back is polished silver while the rest of the case is black pvd coated. As pictured, the coating is rubbing off in some spots. The case is in otherwise good condition. The black dial has luminous stick hour markers, luminous hands, a red chronograph hand, a day/date window at three, a 12 hour register at six, a seconds register at nine, a 30 minute register at twelve and is marked "Gallet Automatic - Swiss Made". The dial has minimal wear for it's age. The lume is starting to discolor. The crystal has high surface wear. The inside case is stamped "Racine - Swiss Made". The movement is stamped "Seventeen 17 Jewels - Unadjusted - 7750 VAL". All screws and jewels appear to be in good condition. This automatic watches crown sets the time and quick-set date. The top pusher starts/stops the chronograph and the bottom pusher resets it. The chronograph hand is a hair off and resets to just before the twelve marker, as pictured. Priced accordingly. All functions are in working condition. This watch is running. No guarantee of future performance. The watch has a stainless steel black pvd coated bracelet that will fit a wrist up to approximately eight inches.
