It has not been graded so my thoughts on the condition are not professional. I'll do my best to describe what I see. Please also view photos. The front cover is creased (folds) at the top corner and at the bottom. This particular comic is top stapled and the staples show signs on wear as well. Someone has written their name at the top of the comic. Cover is dirty and has marks All the pages are there. They of course have some marks, there is a tear here and there. I have taken so many photos, they will for sure describe it best, so please check them all out and zoom in.
