It has not been used, tested or removed from its box. It is completely sealed with its original manufacturer packaging. The cardboard packaging shows signs of wear and tear, but is still intact and in good holding condition. The 4 ounce bottle is empty and no longer has any bubble solution in it. It does NOT include any replacement bubble solution. The bubble bike exhaust has minor scuffs, scrapes and scratches due to wear and handling, nothing major. It is battery operated and powers on with two AA size alkaline batteries (NOT included). Overall, this very hard to find item is in a good, new, unopened condition and still has potential for collecting, playing with or displaying in your man cave, woman cave or little one's cave.
