Description: GB. QEII 2003 ERROR! COLOUR SHIFT on 2nd class Christmas stamp DRAMATIC colour movement next to a "normal" stamp for comparison. The error is clearly visible on the stamp - a shift of MAGENTA, or white...or blue..or all 3.....leaving a very blurry effect. The phosphor band on the right also appears to have moved. The image with the 2 stamps next to each other has the error on the left. This stamp was adhesive, but is not on the original backing - nor has it been used. There is a tiny indentation on the left side, but maybe this came from a booklet? SG 1240 as normal. No thins, tears or toning. RARE! A super example of a very visual shift in colours.
