Make sure your treadmill motor pulley is on the left side of the treadmill as you look at it from being on the treadmill. If it is on the right please see our other package on eBay with a CCW motor. If you purchase the wrong one the pulley will come off the motor. This is for light duty treadmills for 0-5 MPH. This is a standard treadmill speed controller board manufactured by Gemini Controls of Cedarburg, WI. We are the designer and manufacturer of this control. These controls are manufactured in Cedarburg, WI. Gemini invented the first PWM treadmill control for the commercial treadmill market approximately 20 years ago, and is still recognized as manufacturing the finest PWM treadmill controls.
