General Purpose DIY Speaker Crossover Board PCB 2-Way

Description: Custom printed circuit boards designed for general purpose DIY speaker crossovers or rebuilding crossovers 2-way (high/low or tweeter/woofer) up to 3rd order or 18dB/Ocatve. These boards are designed to give a clean layout and allow for easy crossover assembly. NOTE - No crossover components are included. These boards can be configured up to 3rd order (18dB/octave) for both the lowpass and highpass depending on which positions are filled. Additional resistor locations have also been added for optional high frequency padding/L-Pad and Lowpass/highpass filter Q-damping on the parallel leg. Unneeded positions can be left open or shorted depending on the required circuit design. The lowpass or woofer portion can accepts either Iron core or air core inductors. The highpass accepts only air core inductors. Both the lowpass and highpass capacitor positions are designed to fit a wide range of values with different through holes for small, medium or large sized capacitors. The boards measure 7.5" x 5.5" and feature large solder pads and copper traces for great electrical connectivity. Includes: 1x Crossover PCBs 3x Terminal blocks which accept up to 12 gauge wire. 4x Snap in PCB standoffs. 4x Mounting screws (screw finish may vary). *Please Note: the photos show a two sets of boards and parts but the listing is for a single board* Assembly: Glue components to the your required positions on the board (hot melt glue works great). Secure inductors with non metallic cable ties. Solder components leads to the pads on the bottom of the board. Attach wires from input and drivers to the terminals blocks and mount the crossover board.
