The dial faceplate is reversible with 0-130V markings progressing clockwise or counter-clockwise. This allows the plate to be mounted to the control knob (as pictured) or to an enclosure (using the reverse). note: autotransformers do not provide electrical isolation. If you need isolation, you must add an isolation transformer.
