One of the hidden keys to performance on a Weber is the Pump Exhaust (or Discharge) Valve. This valve has a simple purpose in your carb, to allow excess fuel from the accelerator pump circuit to return to the float bowl. While these are available in different sizes to regulate how much fuel is allowed back in the bowl from the accelerator pump circuit, the key to Weber performance is the 'Zero Bypass" Pump valve. This valve is a little brass roadblock in your carburetor that let's no fuel from the accelerator pump circuit back into the float bowl, instead forcing all the fuel into the accelerator pump jet when you hit the throttle which helps eliminate flat-spots. A simple and inexpensive upgrade for your Weber IDF! Do it once - do it right! What you get: 1 x 79701.000 - Pump Exhaust Valve - 'Zero Bypass' One Pump Exhaust Valve is required per carburetor - if you are running multiple carbs you will need to order the appropriate amount for your set-up.
