Vol 1 - Handwriting on the 1st page. Magazine or add glued to the second page. 1948 A.Vol 2 - Handwriting on the 1st page. Spine is cracked inside the second page. It is solidly attached. Inside is glued an ad for the "Newsweek Book" with the photo of George Washington. Vol 3 - Label inside front cover for book belongs to. Page 3 has a photo from an ad for the book glued in. Vol 4 - Label inside front cover for book belongs to. The next two pages have glued in ads. One is a multi fold with a photo of Rob Morris in it with "Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, 1967 on the back. Next page has a multi fold of the ad for these books. The back has a glued in ad that looks like it is from a magazine from 1964 with a few ads and images of Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Robert Fulton, John Paul Jones, the Marquis De Lafayette and George Washington. I ran out of photos, so what you see is a great representation of the 4 books. Please feel free to ask any questions prior to purchase.
