Description: Up for auction is a Germany 1939 D 2 Reichsmark in NGC MS-64+ condition. Coins like this don't come around very often. Full mint bloom and original skin. The obverse has some indication of a clashed die around Hindenburg's ear from the reverse swastika and wreath. There are three distinct raised intaglios within the very center of the ear. The half grade knock is most likely due to a <1mm touch above Hindenburg's mustache, the size of a pinhead, and of which placement doesn't detract from any eye appeal due to the location, else this would 65 all day long. The reverse of this specimen is near perfect, flawless of any hits or contact marks. A couple strong die-cracks on both the obverse and reverse add to the allure of this coin. The only 64+ graded by NGC, you will not be disappointed adding this to your collection, or registry!
