It's a square hinged wooden box with a card covered with hard plastic lid with original prints and sayings by Audrey Jeanne Roberts 2004. The jewelry area inside is lined with red velvet and a separate compartment for rings and the music box area is enclosed. You can take out the saying on the lid and put in a 5x4 picture or photo if you prefer (you may have to trim it down a bit on the sides to make it fit perfectly!). The sister lid has been replaced, according to the tag on the bottom it should have been for a nurse.
