IT IS NOT SMOCKED It has a white peter pan collar treated with tiny pink bullion flowers, and it has white button cuffs on the long puff sleeves. The entire bodice is embroidered in a diamond shape pattern, and is treated with tiny pink bullion flowers. The sash in back gives it a nice finish. Laying flat, it measures approximately 9" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam and has a 10-1/2" long sleeve. It is 11-1/2" from underarm to underarm, and measures approximately 19" from mid-shoulder to the hemline. There is no diaper cover. It has been laundered, is in excellent condition and comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
