Description: This has no label and I believe it is hand sewn. Beautiful cotton Hawaiian fabric. There is a zipper in the back and a button for closure. There is a petticoat sewn inside. I can feel the petticoat, but cannot see it. The petticoat gives it the fullness. The 4th picture is of the inside of the skirt so you can see how it is made. It is really pretty fabric and a beautifully made skirt. 21 1/2" waist. Could be worn by a very small-waisted woman as well. Length of the skirt is approximate 19 1/2".
