The smocking is embroidered in pale yellow and is treated with tiny white pearls. There's even a bit of smocking on the short puff sleeves. Laying flat, it measures approximately 18" from mid shoulder to the hemline. The sleeve measurement from the neck is 9-1/2". There is no diaper cover. It has been laundered, is in excellent condition and comes from a smoke and pet free home.
