Concrete Sealer X-4 produces a high gloss finish that enhances protects the appearance of all types of decorative, stained and stamped concrete pavers, concrete structures and aggregate driveways. Concrete Sealer X-4 is a special UV resistant acrylic copolymer blend which protects the surface of the concrete making it repellant water, freezing temperatures, rain, sun, pollution also stain resistant. This product is a VOC Compliant, low odor water based combination of a sealer plus an enhancer. It can also be used as a cure seal 24 hours after the concrete is poured as long as the concrete is damp not wet. Concrete Sealer X-4 can be used on all types of concrete make it dustproof. it is particularlyeffective on exposedaggregate surfaces reducewear liminate theproblem of loose pebbles. This coating must be applied well prepared concrete we do not recommend using the densifiers prior application. It will cover approximately 250 400 sq. ft. per gallon per application depending on the concretes' porosity two coatsare recommended 4 6 hours apart. The product should be applied in two thin coats not singlethicker coat. Typically a 5 gallon pail will seal a maximum of 1,000 sq. ft. of poured concrete using thetwo required applications(2,000 sq. ft. total) but this coverage can be lower depending on the porosity application method. If you are applying this product a smooth surface you want add slip resistance the sealer we recommend that you add 1 2 packets of our Stone Grip to each 5 gallon pail of sealer.
