The computer is GM OEM new. Please note: These 6 speed transmissions are computer (TCM) controlled and in many cases the computer is bad and even with a newly rebuilt transmission your transmission will not work as required without a new TCM. If you are in need of a rebuilt 6 speed transmission ask the rebuilder if the rebuilt includes a new OEM TCM. After the transmission is rebuilt and installed the TCM will need to be programmed to the vehicle Warranty: 18 months/18,000 milesThe warranty is for the transmission repair or replace only and does not include any other expense.
