Goebel Janet Robson Commemorative Plate Fourth Edition Angel Mary Baby Jesus

Description: This beautiful Goebel collector plate features an Angel and child with Mary holding Baby Jesus in the foreground. From 1983, the plate is the fourth edition in a series of four commemorating Janet Robson (1902-1974) designer/artist for Goebel. Made in West Germany, the porcelain hand painted plate measures approximately 7 1/2" in diameter and is not to be used for food. The plate has been well cared for and is in excellent vintage preowned condition with no chips, cracks or restorations. It comes with the original box which does shown wear and tape residue along with the plastic insert (as shown in the photos). A lovely addition to one’s Christmas decorations or for the collector of Goebel!
