Description: GORGEOUS SIGNED GREEK GOD PERSEUS PLATE BY ROSENTHAL & DECORATED BY CAMEO GERMANY Measures approximately 12” in diameter from handle to handle. Excellent original condition with no chips or cracks. The plate was made by Philip Rosenthal and Company of Kronach, Bavaria, between 1898 and 1906 and is the Monbijou pattern. The art and decorative work was done by Cameo Germany and the portrait of Perseus was taken from a gallery in Rome.
