Up For Sale is a Graflex Pre-Anniversary Speed Graphic 3-1/4 x 4-1/4" & Zeiss 13.5cm Tessar Condition: For Parts/Repair/Display - Overall Appearance: Excellent - camera has 99+% of its original paint inside and out, leather skin likewise is in fantastic condition. No broken or missing parts, camera barely appears to have been used at all. Serial No. 229292 puts its manufacture in late 1937 to early 1938.- Shutter: Focal plane shutter is in good condition, accuracy not tested. Curtain is supple, no holes, cycles through all settings. Leaf shutter on lens likewise is in good shape, does not drag at slowest settings. It has not been tested for accuracy.- Viewfinder: Camera has two viewfinders, the sports finder, and a pop-up peep sight. Both are in good condition. Ground glass is original, has no cracks or scratches. - Focus: Rangefinder is out of calibration and is misaligned. Rangefinder has moderate haze as well. - Lens: Carl Zeiss Jena 13.5mm f/4.5 lens is period to the camera. It is uncoated, has a small amount of thin edge fog behind the front element, otherwise is clean, no fungus, no other haze, no scratches. Original lens cap is included. - Additional: Leather strap handle is in excellent condition. Exterior metal components have a bit of green corrosion where they contact the leather. Please See Photos.
