This is an official post concert, second (2nd) pressing, generally cataloged as BG-176-2 (with variations) among collectors and vendors. It is sometimes referred to as the “COOL-ADE” poster. This Bill Graham show featured the GRATEFUL DEAD with Junior Walker and the All Stars at FILLMORE WEST on June 6 - 8, 1969. It is a genuine, authentic Fillmore West poster. It measures about 14 1/16" x 21" and bears the small "W" after the ticket info indicating that it is from the SECOND printing run. It’s in fantastic, EXCELLENT + to NEAR MINT condition. Only a couple very minor items keep this popular poster from grading Mint. First, three of the corners are lightly worn. The top left is probably about 85% sharp, the top right corner is about 70% sharp (w/light wear), the bottom right is about 80%. There is a very small abrasion on the edge near the top left, about 1/4” long, and some minimal edge roughness in a few places. Lastly, some general light waviness along the side edges should be mentioned to be thorough. The pictures should show these areas. These flaws are all minor in our opinion, practically unnoticeable and pose little detraction to this excellent vintage poster. It is clean, bright and vivid with 97% of its original sheen.
