Description: A lovely cover with QV Surface Printed 6d Grey - clear Plate 13 - clean strike of England and Wales Duplex type of postmark which only obliterates the left corner of the stamp. Posted from the Swansea Docks on September 11 1874 with red PD (Paid) handstamp and received 14 September in Genoa. There is some hand writing (same hand as address) on the inside but unable to read without tearing this fine example of Victorian Postal History.
