Description: This is a handsome Majolica Sunflower pattern pebble textured pitcher with a pewter lid. Press on the thumb-hold to open the lid revealing the unbent pewter spout. A distinctive engraved decorative band can be seen around the collar. The underside shows an e "E23" in addition to the seal identifying the pattern as Etruscan from Griffin, Smith & Hill American. APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS: 8.5 inches tall x 3 inch diameter base 4.5 inches wide CONDITION:On the bottom rim one production color/glaze skip is visible as shown in photo. Very good antique condition.
