GT Bmx 1999 Power Series Crank 180 And 1999 Gt 44 T Aluminum Chainwheel

Description: I offer for sale GT racing series 180 1 piece crank and an an aluminum 44 T GT sprocketThis 1 piece crank configuration has been a staple of BMX racing since the beginning and still is the go to configuration when the race on the line These cranks were pretty nice overall when I got them but there were a few spots that needed my attention. I isolated any visual flaws and examined each of the crank arms for any issues that would hinder they’re operation. I wet sanded them with 3000 grit and wheel polished them up nice. 1/2 in Pedals will fit with no cross thread occurring and everything works as it should. They almost look brand new. I was very pleased. The aluminum GT sprocket was also in decent shape but there were a few issues but most have been sorted. I cut buff and polished and I started with 600 grit wet sanding all the way to 5000. The GT logo on these chainrings aren’t durable and come off quite easily but overall now the Sprocket is in great condition. There is a small area on the outside of the sprocket that is barely noticeable, but I wanted to point it out please see picture. If you need additional pictures or information please HMU. All/Most flaws or visually unappealing areas have been sorted unless it jeopardizes integrity or function. This crank set is ready to mount and continue on its journey with another owner. My process consists of a visual inspection then I eliminate areas of superficial damage or areas that are visually unappealing. Then I cut, buff and polish until I get the desired result. Then I treat the project with metal protector and rust inhibitor. Then if need be decals are replaced with top notch reproduction or custom branding. 90% of the parts I source are rider quality but need a little help getting back the luster they once had. I take these parts and restore them to like new condition without compromising brand integrity or functionality. All the parts I source for clients or restore work as they should and I price my parts according to condition and time spent making sure any issues have been sorted out so their are no surprises.
