Description: Rare Vintage "Hochstartsegler" Gunther Passat P-27 Glider Plane 1950's. Made in Germany and purchased there. Very Rare item never widely available in the United States. Finding one of these in any condition is a rare occurrence. :) As you can see, the glider isn't in flyable condition. There's residue on the nose of some prior repair? The fragile wings and the canopy are in very good condition, and the box looks good too. This could be a good source of parts for repairing another glider, or with some TLC could be a nice display item? Also includes the string that would have been used to fly the glider. Glider plane measures 19 1/2" length add 1 1/4" for tail assembly. Each wing measures 14 1/4" end to end unassembled and tail measures 9 1/2" wide unassembled.
