Description: Door frame pull up station and swing. Easily adpated to also use hooks for resistance band training to target other muscles - which isn’t an ‘as advertised’ use, but easily achieved. Missing two pads. Has some wear and tear, but the grips are ‘like new’. You will need a tool to re-assemble - I used a hand wrench to take it apart. Sorry for the shipping price, not much I can do.
