Description: Condition is very good. Some bits of wear on the hat. See picture. The water level looks slightly low, but this appears to be how all of them come. We've checked the base to see if you can fill, but there's no simple method. Comes in original box and original packaging. This appears to have been either a direct ship or a store display model, as the box is brown cardboard instead of hallmark branded. It's twice the size of others that were sold in the store. Measures about 18" tall at the top of the hat, 19" if you include the stars. Includes the box with the original foam. (The box will be additionally boxed.) ***The six required AA batteries will not be included.***
