Description: Up for auction is a hand crafted and lined needlepoint Christmas Stocking. It is just charming! It shows Santa Claus toting a bundle of toys. At the top there is a space so that you can personalize the stocking. Since this is needlepoint, you can add a name with a glitter pen. To add a name in needlepoint would be difficult as you would have to remove all the stitches along the top and re-do with the name and replace the stitches that were removed. Do have this stocking already embroidered with the name "MIKEY". Contact me first as it will only be available for the next 4 days through 1/3/19. This is from the JCA Needle Treasures Collection and the title is KRIS KRINGLE and was designed by Shirley Delph. The size is 16" x 10". It has bergundy piping and the back is done with red felt. The inside is fully lined. Included in the listing is a picture of the kit for this stocking which is shown for reference only as this item does not come with a kit. All the kits manufactured by this company were made in the USA. These were hand made sales models to a needpoint kit which would have been on display in a store to show the prospective buyers how the item will look when finished. I learned recently that the name on many of these finished pieces identified the company as JCA Inc. with an address in Massachusettes. They evidently ceased operations and will not be making/distributing anymore needlecraft kits. These finished piece from kits are already hard to find and will only be offered occasionally perhaps on the internet. Per the JCA website: "Due to the death of our owner, Alan S.
