Description: This beautiful large multi-colored butterfly is made using iridescent purple for the outer tips of the wings and purple-teal-white-clear swirl glass for the primary wing parts paired with a black body. I’m sure she’ll bring a smile to your face when you hang her in your window and see the bright colors shining in the sunlight. Details: Size: 9” Wide x 12” High Materials: Stained Glass (Spectrum, Oceanside, Kokomo, Wissmach and/or Youghiogheny glass) solder, came, copper foil, and patina (black or copper) A black chain for hanging. Stained glass is made with 60/40 solder which is 60% tin and 40% lead. Lead is only dangerous if you eat it, and I’m sure you don’t want to eat the glass either! As an extra safety precaution, wash your hands after handling. Also, display stained glass pieces out of the reach of children and pets. Packaging Items are wrapped, then (if they're flat) they are secured to a rigid piece of foam or cardboard and wrapped to protect the piece. To do my part in preserving the environment, I reuse packaging material that is being discarded, including undamaged boxes, bubble mailers, and packing materials.
