Description: Hardinge ? Model D or E straight & taper turning slide. The reason for the? Is I cannot find anywhere on it that it says Hardinge, it looks just like all of them I see on the Internet. And I do not know if it fits the model E or D. if you can help me identify it I would appreciate it. I have had this in my possession for over 40 years, in 1982. I bought a small Machine Shop and it came with it. I always thought I would use it. It is a nice cross slide. it has an additional mounting base that is 1”x 3.7 x 5”. The top measures3.39 x 5.03” with .624 T-Slot 1.8” thick, not counting the 1 inch base. it will rotate 360° and has the degrees marked on it. it is in very good condition.
